Monday– 9am-11am — (total 2-hours)
Focus (9am-11am):
Conditioning exercises to help tennis players improve strength, power, endurance, and on-court movement. No tennis racquets on Mondays.
Tennis Specific: Stretching, Lower/Core/Upper Multi-Function Strength & Stability, Movement, Flexibility, Endurance, and Boot Camp Conditioning.
Tuesday- 9am-12pm & 5pm-7:30pm (two-a-day workouts) — (total 5.5-hours)
Focus (9am-12pm):
Technical, strategy tactics, stroke production, and isolated/dynamic/live ball drilling
Focus (5pm-7:30pm):
Drilling in groups, supervised: live ball, point play, and match play (singles/doubles)
Wednesday- 4pm-7pm (total 3-hours)
Focus (4pm-7pm):
Conditioning, Drilling, Match Play, and also periodically dual matches against other Academies in town.
Thursday- 9am-12pm & 5pm-7:30pm (two-a-day workouts)- (total 5.5-hours)
Focus (9am-12pm):
Technical, strategy tactics, stroke production, and isolated/dynamic/live ball drilling
Focus (5pm-7:30pm):
Drilling in groups, supervised: live ball, point play, and match play (singles/doubles)
